Please read these Terms and Conditions ("T&C") carefully before ordering any products or services from My Rising Rose. By ordering any of our services or courses, you agree to be bound by these T&C. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

By placing an order with My Rising Rose, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. These T&C apply to all orders placed or to be placed for the sale and supply of any service or course. No other terms or changes to these T&C shall be binding unless agreed in writing and signed by My Rising Rose. These T&C do not affect your statutory or consumer rights.

Privacy Policy

All personal information provided to or obtained by My Rising Rose will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws. Your information will be used to manage your account, process orders, and provide updates about our services or digital products. My Rising Rose will not share your information with third parties without your prior consent, except as required by law or for payment processing (see Payment Policy). Payment Policy

All services and courses remain the intellectual property of My Rising Rose. Payment for a service or course grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal use only. The price applicable is that set at the date of your order. If you are under 18 years old, you are not eligible to purchase services from My Rising Rose.

Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways (Stripe) using SSL encryption. My Rising Rose does not store card information. If you fail to make payments for a subscription or course, My Rising Rose reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access until payments are current. We will make reasonable efforts to re-enroll you once payments are made.

Service Information

All services and courses are delivered online via the specified platform. My Rising Rose reserves the right to amend prices, technical specifications, or service offerings without prior notice. However, the price of a service or course you purchase will remain fixed for the duration of your enrollment. If a service is unavailable or oversubscribed, My Rising Rose may cancel the order and issue a full refund in a timely manner, notifying you of any alternative services where applicable.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and may not share access with others. My Rising Rose reserves the right to terminate access for misuse, including but not limited to sharing course materials or account details without permission.

Participant Code of Conduct

To ensure a positive and respectful environment in all courses and interactions (including any communications or forums), participants must adhere to the following rules. Violations may result in immediate termination of access and forfeiture of any fees paid, without refund or liability to My Rising Rose:

• Respect and Civility: Treat all participants, instructors, and staff with respect. No harassment, discrimination, bullying, or disruptive behavior (e.g., rude comments, spamming, or offensive language) will be tolerated.

• Ethical Standards: Engage in good faith and align with the spiritual and ethical principles of My Rising Rose. Immoral or unethical actions, such as misrepresenting yourself or disrupting interactions, are prohibited.

• No Sharing: Do not share materials, recordings, or access with others.

• Appropriate Discussions: Refrain from discussing serious mental health issues, including but not limited to suicidal ideation, in any communications or forums, as these require professional support beyond the scope of My Rising Rose’s services. Participants raising such topics may be respectfully redirected to seek professional help, and repeated violations may lead to termination of access to maintain a safe environment.

• Compliance: Follow all instructions from My Rising Rose. We reserve the right to enforce this code at our discretion and may block communications from violators.

Legal Disclaimer

My Rising Rose provides spiritual courses and services for personal growth and exploration. These are not substitutes for medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice. My Rising Rose and its instructors are not licensed therapists, psychologists, or medical professionals and are not qualified to provide advice or support for mental health issues, including but not limited to suicidal ideation. It is your sole responsibility to seek appropriate professional care from licensed therapists, counselors, or medical professionals for any psychological or medical concerns. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or suicidal thoughts, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately (e.g., in the UK, call Samaritans at 116 123 or emergency services at 999). You acknowledge that participation in our services is at your own discretion and risk. My Rising Rose makes no promises, representations, or guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or earnings from our services or courses. Any testimonials or examples provided are not guarantees of your own results.

Refund Policy

All services, plans, and courses are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law. In jurisdictions where consumer laws mandate a cooling-off period (e.g., 14 days for digital services in the EU), you may request a refund within that period, provided you have not accessed substantial course content. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] in a polite and professional manner; abusive, harassing, or spam requests (e.g., repeated demands without justification) may be denied at our discretion. No refunds will be issued for violations of these T&C, including the Participant Code of Conduct or sharing of materials. Partial refunds, if offered, are at My Rising Rose’s sole discretion and do not entitle you to further demands. My Rising Rose will process approved refunds within 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Rising Rose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or courses, including but not limited to emotional distress, financial loss, or missed opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or course.

Force Majeure

My Rising Rose is not liable for delays or failures to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical outages, natural disasters, or third-party platform failures.

Dispute Resolution

These T&C are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these T&C shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in London, under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial.
